Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies unless return is due to manufacturing defects.
Return shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days once received and inspected.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Warranty
We stand behind every Powell Towel. If your towel arrives with a manufacturer defect, we will replace it — no questions asked.
- Warranty period: 30 days from delivery
- Covered: Manufacturer defects (printing, stitching, fabric)
- Not covered: Wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage
How to File a Return or Warranty Claim
Email support@powelltowels.com with your order number, a photo, and a description. We respond within 1-2 business days.
